Our aim is to mitigate the cultural differences between the UK and Korean theatre industries by focusing on developing and producing imaginative new work that is relevant and appropriate for each market.

Ginny Kim
Ginny Kim is a creative producer working across theatre and musical productions with a focus on international collaboration. She has led and supported projects connecting Korean and UK creatives, overseeing development, translation, and showcase presentations. Her work centers on bridging cultural and industry gaps, enabling productions to reach wider global audiences.
She currently works as a Creative Producer at S&Co., contributing to major commercial theatre productions including Hadestown, Dear Evan Hansen, Life of Pi, Wicked, Aladdin and many more.

Hyeri Kim
Hyeri Kim is a producer who previously worked at the Wooran Cultural Foundation, where she supported the development of new theatre and musical works in Korea. She has been involved in nurturing emerging artists and guiding projects from early development through to production, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the performing arts sector.
Previous roles include positions at Busan Cultural Center, Goyang Cultural Foundation, and the Korea Foundation.
